Human Resource Profiles in Banking & Finance Industry

Human Resources Manager:

Forms part of the back office in a financial services firm or bank. But this by no means implies that the professionals that work in this industry are hidden away back stage. Credit Officer:

Credit officer who are entrusted with the task of making proposal of loans, processing of loan, checks the eligibility of a prospective customer for a loan, ensures the proper documentation of the security documents. Credit officers carry out inspection, make recommendations for sanction of the loan. Apart from that he carry out various task which do not fall under his purview.

Risk Managers:

Investment Advisor:
